Humidity dome question

So on the right is a pic of my Northern Light Auto. After 24 hrs of soaking in RO water she still wasn't cracked. So I went ahead and planted after learning I shouldn't leave in water over 24 hrs. So I made a humidity dome as pictured. My question is should I puncture a whole in the Dome for air flow? Thanks for your input in advance!
 
Couple small holes will do the trick. Those square gallon Crystal Geyser bottles work great for bigger seedlings/cuts.

Awesome, thanks! Just drilled a few holes in the top. Hopefully she sprouts. It hadn't cracked yet after 24 hrs in RO water
