I tried it all. Even got the add ons installed into Kodi. But Everytime I went to play something it would just buffer forever and never actually play.
I got rid of it lol

I have an infinity box, came with kodi installed. Basically a small computer that makes it a smart TV with unlimited apps.

Never really had that problem, especially with the Debrid account coupled, and it does depend on what your PC and os are as I had to jump to Linux as it wasn't happy with 1080p streams on windows thanks to the processor and RAM the minipc has.
Internet speeds here help, I can pull almost 100Mbps on WiFi, never mind the wired connection to the minipc

My buddy got a firestick with a kodi hack.
You can watch it OK but it's the absolute worst to go channel surfing. Takes fucking forever to find things. Not organized for easy surfing.
Nice price though, he runs off his kid's Amazon package I think. Lol.
That depends on the addons and so forth, as repos get pulled offline you lose the ability to automatically update things so you can spend a while farting about redoing the repos, but is ideal for binge watching entire series'.

I don't watch enough to anymore to justify cable. YouTube/Netflix and I stream off a PlayStation normally. But there's an app that's also on smart TV's called Pluto that's free. Basically free cable with some really stupid channels. But it's got news and a few decent movie channels. Between all then there's always something stupid to watch
