huge fan leaf on newly transplanted clone.

hey so i just bought a clone from a dispensary and transplanted it yesterday, thing is it had a fan leaf that was probably as big as the clone itself, way too big for it to support, should i cut it off, or just leave it?

Weird clone! I would cut the fan leaf in half. (i.e. trim each finger in half so if it's a 7 leafer with 3" long fingers, cut each 7 fingers to 1 and a half inches). Then trim the lot off in a week or so (how established is it?) when the new growth appears.
However, this is just my opinion (me guessing!). I have never had a clone with a fan leaf on it.
