damn dude you could make a lot of syringes with that lol. i would make a couple syringes to store out of that and then use that after diluting a little as normal.

i got 4 of that equador and im going to have 2 cases. maybe i can get away with 1 shooter per case which will leave me with 2 extra syringes for next time!! this time it paid to shop around i guess, i was about to reorder from the first company too!! and these came in 2 days

theres plenty of visible spores in there bro.... just shake it up... ftr some of the best results i got from clear syringes i thought i got gyped on

I'm curious of the size of these cases and your methods. 1 entire syringe seems for one case seems overkill. I've always went by 1cc per qt. I am here trying to learn and in no way am saying your wrong. I just don't understand your methods and would like to learn something.

Not to try to deprive spore vendors of their livelyhood, but you would be well served if you look into spore->liquid culture or petri dish isolation if you are doing more than a few jars of grow. That way you wind up using a grand total of one syringe for an infinite number of innoculations.

Couldn't a person take mature myc and break in chunks and use them to incolinate another set of jars? Could that be another way to do what you speak of?

i want to use 2 of these glass jars... i figured about 1 needle per jar, this is my wild guess, any advise on thats cool. im still kind of confused on what the horseshit is doing that the corn isnt? paul stamets says he doesnt like to do it on corn because corn is meant to feed livestock and he want to keep natural flow systems in place or something!?? but im about to get some froze poo out of this ladys trailer after it thaws out then im going to make poo cornverm cocktail jars, sterilize it, boot it up, and im hoping it is going to colonize fully, why not? is there any problem with this?

I can't see why 1cc wouldn't be enough. Once a tiny piece of myc. is formed it will take over the entire container. Regardless of how many spores are in there. You might be able to speed up the process with more spores but I wouldn't go over 1cc per qt. I think if the growth is slow, you have a higher risk of contamination.

If it where me, I'd skip the horse poo. I'd go this route http://www.shroomery.org/54/50-50-Casing-Tek/print#5050plus I've done this with ONLY coir/verm with great success.
