HTG won't answer my emails

yeah FDD call him bro, someone will deffintly answer, they own a store, and they'll take care of you im positive. they never answered my emails, but i got my shit in speedy fashion, and everythings has worked great. i havent tried there HTG hps bulb yet though, im a lil suspicous, but we'll see.

yeah i worry about my ballast sometimes, because im pretty sure its homemade, by them. the look of it reminds me alot of how to put together a ballast instructions i've seen before on Overgrow.

I got my 600w dig from there ebay store, the bulb blow out after a few weeks, I emailed them through ebay he didn't answer so I gave thim a call. He sent me a new and better bulb. I got it in two days.
Every time I have called its always the same guy. He seamed cool just busy. He told me if I have any other problems just to call and he would take care of it.

He also told me that the ball. and the bulbs were not working well together. So they are prob. overloading.

If they don't want to give you your money back ask for a new one and resell it. Or keep it for something later.

It should work out.

it would suck to have to plug in 2 lights.

i bought a 250w MH set-up. it worked for 1 week then died. i had to go to my hydro shop and spend a lot more money in order to replace it. i have seedlings started and can't go without a light. they went a few days under floros and it started to set them way back. so i drove around the corner and just bought one locally. i like it much better now. so i'm stuck with this broken one. it's all boxed up i just want to return it. i don't see why i should have to call him. he has an email it worked when i paid him.

you should know prices that cheap problems to come.

i started with tony.

i got sick of returning shit. i now buy quality. he always backed my purchases up. that was then

FDD what ever happend with this he take care of you yet?

4 emails without a single reply. he could reply to my email with a simple "call me" email then maybe i'd call him. i see no reason to go beyond what i went thru to get the light in order to deal with problems. everyone keeps saying "call him". i don't think i should have to. at this point it looks as if he wasn't the problem anyway so i now own 2 ballasts.

i think when a business deals online there #1 source of communication should be thru emails. it's how they want to do business in the first place. i won't be using HTG anymore. i am not satisfied with there customer service.

gotcha.. yeah i agree, if they dont answer emails they should write that on the website, so u dont bother. but yeah man i guess it is just ran by one guy, maybe a couple other guys there, but i imageine they get alot of business so i really think that is the case they just dont get around to checkin emails all the time. and im sure they get alot, even just from like people asking questions about certain shit, like "hey what do i need for a hydro set up" and stupid shit like that. he's even a power seller on ebay i think, meaning he sells alot of shit, on there. alot of stuff to keep track of for one guy. but he should hire help, would be the logical thing to do.

but yeah i just imagine if you did call, they would take care of ya.
