lol yea umm chinese im not going to be using any of there cheap bs an too the troll nice try but hey was just looking for a lil help as im new to led an usually go with a 400 watt hps
 
Churchhaze pointed you to a popular, easy to put together, DIY option hoodlum... though you'll need to do your own reserch, there are some threads here covering such a build.

Otherwise, for something that will finish two plants without being too disappointed (compared to 400w HPS) (i think you'll be dissapointed).... not enough $ !
A smaller panel from one of the better builders A-51, RapidLED, Hans.. (they are all discussed on here), even just one plant might be a better start.If not the first round, you could just struggle with and regret a cheap light soon enough (by the second run.. if it lasts that long). I did ok with a (3w) apollo but it was a custom build, still drawing a lot of power and i sold it before anything blew (the power draw wigged me out some). Hope this helps.

Click on my microcab link for a 88w light build. Could easily be a 200w light build with a bigger driver and heatsink. Just one of many DIY options that will do as good or better than anything else.
 
cheers taz def going to look into churchs diys on leds looks like a good go-ive only returned back here after a lil while kinda sad trolls feel the need to invade when u ask for simple advice on things u ask for help with

my hps has done me very well but decided to have a change due to elec costs but thanks heaps peeps much appreciated :)
