I found a 400 watt HPS at home depot for 30$ but when i went to buy the lamp and ballast for it, they only had outdoor ones that you hang on the side of your house. Where is a good place to buy a cheaper lamp and ballast? or was i just looking in the wrong section. The home depot dude showed me those lamps and didnt really know what he was talking about
