Alright I currently have five seedlings under two florescent tube lights (one regular, and one made for plants) All of them are doing good, but I'm thinking of getting a hps bulb for when they start flowering. Whats a fairly cheap one that would be good for five plants? Also, is there an alternative type of light that can be used to get more red light going? I can't imagine that me tinting a light red would help...
BTW what kind of wattage should I be aiming for?
