And with this new election coming up I think being on the radar in anyway is a very bad idea, regardless of who gets elected. I know people who work directly with dispensaries that we're telling me all of the bust in pueblo to denver were due to the dispensary owners paying off the cops. The part that upsets me about that is there were a couple cases where they even prosecuted (or are trying to) people that were completely within their limit, following the laws ( raised plant counts )

Also, like yoda said above me. There's been all sorts of stuff like that happening over the last couple years. I'm all for legalization, but legalization in Colorado for the most part has shitted all over mmj patients.

I'm not trying to argue,I'm not even in Colorado,if you guys who live there say its so who am I to question anything I don't have to live with .

I co owned Michigan's 1st 100% legal co-op for 3 years before i sold out to my super greedy law breaking partner i couldnt wait to get away from ,hence the big grow I have & inspections I've had,in Michigan all legal mj users are already on lists & I've seen no heavy handed federal intervention here.

No matter what state I believe the HID inspections to be a valid safety issue,in all states,if Colorado is being heavy handed I'll have to take your word for it .



While I don't agree with limiting grow space or BHO being schedule #1 narcotic I do agree with grow safety & fire inspections,it may be entirely different in Colorado for all I know with cops abusing legal growers.

-Fire inspectors have the authority to inspect any structure with a grow operation for compliance.

I think the tipping point was that large grows were destroying transformers. Not sure how true that is but regardless this is very concerning. Do HIDs make our grows illegal? My thing is how are they gonna know and what's the penalty for using them. 150 Sq of grow space isn't very big either.

I only run 2 plants in my closet under 2 COBs. You could probably start with 1 until they get bigger. 1 of my 89w COBs smokes both my "450w" (203-206w draw each) ViparSpectras with ease.
