I was wondering if HPS and MH lights effect the humidity in the room because of the heat they produce?

high heat can cause your RH to go up. if hum is a issue get your air moving good and supply fresh air

if your overall air temp without lights on are high and you light the room up yes it will drop some but your overall RH will still be high,
so geting good fresh air and droping your overall temps will lower RH all together

How can you "burn up" humidity? Humidity is a result of evaporated water... you can't evaporate evaporated water. And "burning up" things doesn't make them disappear

Thats why I used parenthesis as I was not sure how to call this phenomena and the statement was posed as a question. I see your point and yeah it cant just disappear into some other dimension, I just noticed that when the temps rise the humidity tends to drop and it is also advised to use a heater in order to drop humidity so I duno if it is due to the fact that warmer air is able to accommodate more humidity or some other reason, so if you could explain this relationship I would really appreciate it!

Higher humidity is good, especially during the seedling stage. You want around 60-70% normally.

right now weather here is in the upper 80s for humidity makes me sooo parinoid for them
