looking into getting some new bulbs.
i run a lumatek ballast, which is digital.
i know you should run digital bulbs witha digital ballast.

so my questions are what bulbs are digital?
and what do you guys recommend?

i just use whatever bulb on my digi and it dosent seem to matter....... i never really seen a "digital" bulb before

Just make sure its a 600w... sorry for stating the obvious but whoever told you about digital bulbs may be thinking of a metric monkey wrench.. ^^

has anyone used digilux, or argosun?

check out these video comparing digilux vs hotilux.
the digilux is almost twice as bright.

digilux are good, but they do fail.

If you get a digilux bulb, make sure to buy it locally. Because i guarantee if you buy it online and your bulb fails, youre looking at at least 2 weeks before getting a new bulb. CAPs return department is really slow...

at least buying it locally you can take it in for an exchange, and the shop will deal w/ the manufacturer
