Enter Hyperbaric Chamber Pure Wax (HBC Pure Wax). A hyperbaric chamber is a device in which the atmospheric pressure can be controlled. Imagine the pressures to get liquid co2 to supercritical and how it then "bursts" into a fog (of equidistant component spacing)...
Now imagine multiplying that pressure many many times and applying it to ground up cannabis - "Poof!" - a "fog" of individual components - like shaking up a bottle of salad dressing... Now quench it to supercold quickly. The compounds will now settle and stratify according to their specific gravity's. (their weight.) Just like what happens to that salad dressing after you take it back out of the fridge. Handily - the desired cannabinoids and terpenes are pretty heavy and settle so they can be filtered and selected.
This is all a very simplified description of the process - but the results are awesome.
