HPA Pressure Switch FAIL first day???

I just started my first grow in my HPA system.(aquatec 6800 > pressure switch > tank > solenoid > nozzles.

After 24 hours, the pump started running continuously. No clogs existed, tank still pressurized after I emptied it to check. During testing, the system ran fine, requiring only a minute on time every several hours.

The Pressure Switch set to near its and the tank's and pump's upper limit(95 PSI), so I thought maybe it was just a little inprecise, but after cranking it way down, pump still didn't turn off?
switch bought here> https://www.freshwatersystems.com/p-1039-tank-pressure-shut-off-switch-wwire-harness.aspx

Any cause yall can think of? What are the chances this happens on the first day?20151005_222924.jpg

The switch was made by aquatec, 60PSI to 80 PSI Adjuistable +/- 20. I actually solved the problem. I did not realize the aquatec 6800 had a pressure adjustment on it. Cranked it clockwise a few times with an allen wrench. Now it's up to 95 PSI at shutoff( tank max workin pressure is 100PSI.

I believe I made a system design improvement over what I've seen on here. I put the pressure gauge behind a ball valve. The gauge acts like a mini-accumulator and was probably putting too much bounce in the water line, could have affected my pressure shutoff switch. also put a second ball valve after that, so I can empty the tank for cleaning/ nutrient swap without having to fudge my solenoid wires, or reprogram my arduino microcontroller.

Atomizer, I really need your help. My first three test clones dried to a crisp. Can I start a thread about nozzle placement/flow rate, and get your wisdom?
