Hows it looking?

right girls and boys its day 6 since germination i have 20 seedling 7 of gg, 6 of gsc as one didnt open!! And 7 of ak which is only 4 days old on this pic. I am using a dimmed 250 dual hps light about 14 inch away from them i just want some advice on my set up, how do the plats look so far as for clour growth and height (i know it barely been a week) but for seedlings... and any advice on feeding etc

What medium are you growing them in?
