How would you do this?

* I have to prepare the soil for the entire grow in the spring, w/o visiting again until Sept for the harvest.

- Native soil is ok/good, with plenty of rain and sunshine. Temp are mid-90's throughout Summer.

- The strains are "Blueberry Gum" and "Arjan's Strawberry Haze", both relatively light-medium feeders (I think).

- If crucial, I could visit sometime in July right before flowering... But that's if it would make a significant difference.

- The plot is 20'x10', and will contain 20 clones total.

- I live in a small town with a Home Depot, WalMart, Ace, Lowes. So try and keep it as simple as possible.

Get some Espoma Bulb tone 3-5-3 (available at Home Depot and the rest of your list of stores) and mix it into the soil following the directions on the bag. You'll probably need a couple bags. That's how we prepare the plots for my brother in laws outdoor grows, and it works fabulous!!! If you can get a tiller in there, till it in along with some worm castings if possible, but the Espoma can be just spread on top if need be.
If they don't have the Bulb tone, Get the BioTone Starter Plus and Bone Meal. Same thing as above.

I think what Tws recomendded is ur best bet. the super soil will provide ur plant with the proper nutrients throughout the stages of its life w/o u having to feed, dnt start them rite in the super soil tho. although i would strongly recommend visiting ur girls more than once or twice in the season, if u do harvest ne it wont be much, i would visit a minimum of once a week if u want ur girls to give back. if ur not showing them love throughout there life, there not gonna give u much love back, the more u put into the grow the more u get out.

Damn Jack, you're giving away all my Epsoma secrets...lol. I was very surprised to see several of their products at Home Depot just yesterday. I wish they would get more aggressive with their marketing, tired of seeing pallet after pallet of Scott's garbage everywhere. I'd like to try out Epsoma's growing mediums. The bulb tone is great stuff, perfect for long term feeding on in-grounds.

Sunbiz, Yeah, it's really pretty good stuff. I absolutely loved it when I first started out. It's so damn easy, and you can't beat the quality or price. Ugly assed packaging, which is probably why not many MJ growers use it! LOL!!! In my opinion, it's the best line of "Store Bought" organic nutrients out there, and without a doubt the vest bang for your buck!!! Even now, sometimes I look back on those days and ask myself why I'm going thru what I go thru to make my own. But.........It's all about the learning!!!

When it comes to outdoors, I unfortunately do not have the luxury of hauling large quantities of amended soil to sites. So Epsoma granular nutes are my best friend, just sprinkle it on and let rain finish the job. Hmm, I see their website has a search box as well. Nope...no matches for Cannabis...lol. At the moment, I'm trying my hand at a simplified version of that supersoil mix...with good results thus far. I've decided to start re-using soil as well, like most I just throw it back in the mix when transplanting.
