how to transplant from bubbler to hydro?

So if you grow clones in rockwool in net pots with a few pebbles on top, in a bubble cloner, is it easy to take the clones out of the net pot to plant in pebbles for a drip system? or might you damage the roots when you pull them through the net pot?

you leave them in the grow cups, with the cube and rocks, and move the entire thing. A few damaged roots will not be noticed, or do any harm.
