How To Launder My Money?

hey guys i got like several hundred thousand stuffed inside the roof and i'v decided that its finally time to go to brazil and build a house with my famley and live it up. How the hell do i get my money there????? i'v looked into Cayman Island Banks but it seems like alot of money to waist if i have to fly back and forth with only 10grand at a time.

Soon as you land in Brazil you must go through customs, you will have to declare the cash, there will be problems, you might have your cash taken. You aren't under the protection of US law anymore in Brazil.

Are you a dual citizen with Brazil? The US Gov't is going to want to know where you got the cash, they will want their share if you can prove it came from legitimate sources. If you cannot prove its legitimacy they will seize it all. Brazil does not have an open border policy, your going to have to expatriate yourself from the USA before you can become a Brazilian and have the legal title to land and protection of the law. Expatriation takes about 3-5 years and about $10,000. If you have $700,000 or so you can bribe your way through the system legally and get expatriated in a few months. Personally I would move to Paraguay, much less gov't there and a much easier time to get citizenship.

I agree. Unless you have your heart set on Brazil, you can look into other countries where they don't ask as many questions and where the American dollar has more weight. The Brazilian Real is actually quite strong compared to the dollar considering Brazil is still considered a "third world" country.

Also, despite popular belief Brazil, along with every other country in South and Central America, does have an extradiction treaty with the US, which I would think would be important since I'm assuming you accumulated these funds through some illegal means. However, you'd probably want to look into it further to see how these treaties are applied in a practical sense. Some countried I would imagine are more cooperative than others.

I'm not a lawyer or an expert on international law. I'm just throwing ideas out their based on what I would do if I was in a similar situation. The last thing I would want is to sit some foreign dungeon for a year waiting for the US Marshals to come pick my ass up, or run out of money after 3 years. Personally, I've always been partial to Argentina.

I would also say, personally if I had that much cash and wanted to goto another country in SA, I would pick Costa Rica hands down.

If you have family there already that you trust, get a PROP plane not a jet. When you enter Brazilian airspace, you can drop at a predetermined remote location where your family is waiting to retrieve your money and meet you at the airport. Another idea might be to fly to another, easier to enter country from the US and then drive in. They can't have security at ALL locations. Just a stoned thought. Good luck and enjoy Rio!

Thanks guys for the answers. I currently have a tripple citizenship witch is fairly unusual and one of my passports jusw happens to be brazilian. So im pretty fixed on brazil, over the past week i have been checking out offshore banking. It is not as good as most people think, they are more strict after 9-11. BACK TO SQUARE 1. King

just handling that AMOUNT of currency can be a pain in the ass... it takes up alot of space, physically.

airdrop via prop plane? too many thing could go wrong.... i just have visions of a cpl 100k flopping in the breeze as your container bursts into a billion lil peices after hitting the ground @ +100mph

stay away, and i mean far away, from banks and financial institutions. any transaction greater than 20k, cash, and your ass automatically gets reported to the FBI, legitimate income or not.... some banks, will report you for lesser amounts than 20k.

forget about flying 10k at a time.... the little denomination strips in the bills themselves are mettalic, get enough of them together and they will set off metal detectors, and then you end up declaring it anyways... that is, if they dont confiscate it for trying to take it out of the country undeclared in the first place. hell, some states can and will confiscate large amounts of currency found on travelers. AZ is a notorious state for this. Dont ask me why, or about the legalities of it, just understand that, that's the way it is.

I think your best bet, is going to be to convert that cash to a different form of currency, such as pre paid cards, travellers checks, money orders, bills of a larger denomination such as bearers bonds and treasury notes, and physically carry it with you into the country of your choice.

Invest in gold and ship it to your new address. lol
