Spinosad, this is the flavor I use:
Kills thrips dead.
As per directions, 15 ml in 32 oz of water, drench the leaves bottom and top, also soak the top of whatever media you're in.
If you're indoors, spray the room too.
This will kill all the larvae and adults, but there WILL be eggs that they lay inside a hole they pierce which are not effected, so you have to repeat the process at least once in 4 days. Hitting them a 3rd time is a good idea too.
Apparently they sell a product at Home Depot called Monterey Insect spray that has the same stuff in it (0.5% Spinosad).
I fought with thrips with several other products that only worked for a few days and they always came back.
After I used this stuff they are gone, period.
Twice successful with it up to 4th week of flowering.
It is on the organic list in the US I believe, and is OK to use up until the day before harvest.

Personally I wouldn't use it in the last couple of weeks anyway.
PS, you can't get Spinosad in Canada, I had to have it shipped.
