How to grow weed in a window?

you need a window that provides direct sunlight for half the day for starters. these plants neeed lots of light. never heard of growing quality plants in windows but why not. not a dime spent. best of luck to you!
 
ur gonna grow a crappy plant and leaving it in direct view like that in a window is pretty stupid for a few grams of pot. Ur better of planing it outside in the spring and letting it grow
 
Literally no budget..? Or almost no budget? You can throw together a small grow cab with some CFL's for really really cheap with items you should be able to find at a local grocery store (Eg wal-mart, etc). Shit, you could even find a lot of things around your house already. Check out the DIY forum and CFL forum.
You would likely get a better yield, and be lowering your risk by a huge amount.
 
Alright my window cannot be seen from the street because my house is in a rual area........ i will smoke a few grams and sell the rest rite now i am a middle man but i want to make more money so i kind of need it asap and cheap but i need some help with soil and how can i make the plant flavored should i put a speacial mix in it ?
 
No you can grow a window plant, if you have just planted a germinated seed it should still grow on a window. but eventually it will stop growing like after 1-2 weeks, that seemed to happen with someone i knows plant, but once it stopped growing he moved it and it just PINGED up into the sky, couldn't stop the thing from growing lol

I found a CFL light in my garage it is 10W.......how long would it take to grow a bud with it but i think im going to use window and cfl........how long before a bud?
 
wow, really? is it really that hard to read a couple basic FAQ's? Ya, you should clone that bad boy so you can grow one in the window and one under that 10w CFL. That way you will definitely have a little extra to sell.
 
I have grown in a window before. Got 2 oz of high grade weed off of 1 plant. Started in August and it finished in January. In Southern California. I am doing it again this year. I have 3 NYC sour D plants growing in my window. Planted in April, and they are in there 3rd week of flowering now. I should get a half pound from them.

Make sure that the plants are in a south facing window for sun. I never grew in a north window. Good luck!

Based on your last question you really need to do some research. Even basic research, you cannot succesfully grow in your window. Buy a 4 pack of cfls 26 watts preferably and you have enought light for a songle plant. Get warm white because its not ideal to veg. With 2700k but just plain wrong to flower with daylight. So if you can afford one color get 2700k. Good luck.
