How to Grow Discretely on a Windowsill?

I've got some plants outside but I want one on my windowsill just for safe keeping. Only problem is people can easily see in my window. Can you guys think of anyway of concealing the plant on the window without dramatically reducing the amount of light it gets. It is an auto so it will only be little.

they make a contact paper for windows that allow light in but obscure the view inside. i did this to my bathroom wind and it worked great. I don't grow in my bathroom, but i have before and i had no issues.
