How to get rid of aphids and small yield??

This is my first serious grow random bagseed and it's pretty small but about a month ago almost microscopic white bugs I believe are aphids are eating my plant and it's budding so it's getting stressed I'm about a month and a half in flowering help!? What can I do about my yield overall or at least let me know what I should expect

Garlic water kills aphids. chop up fresh garlic and put in a spray bottle douse them 2 days in a row...yes it will smell like garlic for a week but it will go away
