how to get a bigger bud?

If i were to trim/prune the smalls leaves and branches at the bottom of the plant will that give me a bigger bud?

It's called 'lollipopping' u remove the bottom 1/2-2/3 of the plant and u get one big cola instead of a bunch of smaller ones.

carboload also works pretty good rather than molasses, i've know a few people who got bugs using this stuff

Hey wildfire, would u fill me in on 'carbolaoading?(never heard of it)' Never had a prob. with mollasses myself, but alway open to new idears.
