How to clone?

Hey everyone, in about 2-3 weeks i'll have to clone my plant i been told to use a jiffy peat pellet only, but then someone else told me i needed rooting hornones or whatever so im kinda lost..can you tell me your way to do it? and also is rooting hormones really necessary for cuttings? how long does it take to root ? ( I know that's alot of questions but o well..just answer the one's you can )

you dont have to use rooting hormone. you will probably have better results if you do, especially if your new to it. it takes about 2-3 weeks to fully root a clone.

my personal process.

1. soak rockwool. in about 5.5-6 ph water
2. get everything together. razor(sterile), water bowl, plant, rockwool, cloning powder.
3. take cutting, and put it into water bowl.
4. dip cutting in rooting hormone, then put in rockwool.
5. get the clone into some type of humidity dome.

pretty simple procedure, last time i cloned i had a bit over 60% and it was my first successful attempt

You can get cheap cloning powder at Wal-Mart. Or, you can use Clonex which you could buy at your local hydro store and if you're not lucky enough to have a hydro shop nearby your next best bet would be online.

I use hydroasis...they've been pretty good to me. Quick shipping, and has everything you need.
