How to apply Nutes?

Ok I bought the whole fox farm line of nutes. Just confused on how to apply.
Im using the soil chart on their website but only once a week. Not every other watering. That seems right from what I read on RIU.
The chart says every other watering. The bottle says to use 2x as much as the chart. Whats the correct application? Once a week? Every other watering? 4tbs. Big Bloom or 2 tbls.? I don't see why they are not consistent on the application of their products......

Start with lower dosages.
If they don't get burned you can fert them again next time and add a bit more ferts.
I'd add ferts once per week. If the plant gets bigger you can fert her more often.

Start with a smaller portion than the bottle calls for then slowly increase to the normal dose over a few weeks. I use the low dose on the bottle every watering and have had excellent results. Once every two weeks or so I water with straight water just for a good cleaning. I use a large resevore of about 30 gallons with it premixed in and a small pump and hose for watering.
