How the bloody hell do u germ seeds in rockwool

as the title says I'm having big problems with this shit
is there some secret trick to this?

Make a hole maybe a quarter inch deep, about the size of the seed. Wet rockwool and just drop the seed in the hole...

If it is a dry period where you stay put the rockwool in some tubs that you can close so they don't dry out before germination.

I hate rockwool I cant keep it dry enough seems to want to drown my seedlings' went back to dirt and that works for me best.

I live in the middle of nowhere and compost, make my own soil and reuse I have several batches in drums ready to go at any moment. I do hydro as well but generally prefer dirt as it’s much less prone to instant death.

Just dont... Maybe in a flood n drain table system? Rockwool IMO is one of the shittiest grow mediums out there... Go buy some root riots or something like that, rockwool is a cunt that likes to hold too much water n kill plants.... waterlog the shit out of stems, stunt growth.... just hate the shit.

Rockwool sucks balls. Drop it now so you wont get angry at it when it kills your actual plant.

I brew weeping willow tea from my 100 year old white willow. - Salicylic and Indole-3-butyric acid

Compost all my own leaves, brush and fruits and veggies, rotten wood etc

I get all my worms from under tires and rocks and shit on the property.

Eggshells = free calcium

Used coffee grounds = free nitrogen

Dried banana peels = free pottassium

I could keep going
