How tall does lowryder #2 grow to?

Hey guys, i'm currently building a cabinet out of an old pc case.

Only problem is it's only 16-17 inches tall, so not sure if any thing's gonna fit in there.

Any knowledge/advice would be brilliant.

Look up low stress training, if you combine that with a short strain such as low ryder 2 it should work out.

Do you reckon two 100W halogen bulbs with home-made reflectors will be sufficient for the entire process?

Last question, i promise you said in your thread you had PC fans running off a controller, did you need a PSU for that? My plan was to figure out how to turn on a PSU without a motherboard and then connect a few fans to the molex connectors on there, but your way seems simpler.

The fans im running have a Silenx External 4 Channel Fan Controller that just plugs into a power strip. the only downside is it has LED's which you would want to duct tape over for 12/12.

I do not remember where i read this, but your not to use halogen lights. i cannot remember why. maybe someone else can clear it up.

ask as many questions as you like, thats why im here.

ah awesome, i'll have a search for one of those fan controllers.

Ah bollocks. The problem is, i'm 16 so obviously still living it home, so i can't just order in a HPS bulb and ballast or something like that. I'm just trying to use whatever it is i have around the house to be honest, it's my first grow so i fully expect it to be shit

What bulbs are you using?

Im using 42 watt CFL's three of them. You could get a 6 pack of 23 watt cfls from walmart, lowes, home depot, ect. Ive seen SICC do wonderful things with those bulbs.

I read a post that said halogen produces enough heat to start a fire so dont use them for growing.

Fuck, that's probably real likely in the tiny space i'm trying to use.

I'll try looking around for some CFL's but i don't hold my hopes too high
