How so I make sure it dosnt go mouldy

This is my first time growing and I've done a lot of research I'm due to harvest in two weeks and during the drying and curing process I was wondering how I can be sure it won't go mouldy once left in airtight bags because I do want to keep a slight bit of moisture in them??

You should be on mold alert now.... packed buds, low temps and humidity over 45% can cause botrytis in a matter of hours. js
So many different ways to dry and cure...I'd hit the help section for drying and curing and see which ones best for your setup..

Once it s dry when the stems bend and not just snap put them in jars cure it till they smell the bollox again but don't let them get to crispy then u can put them in sealed bags to keep the flavour and smell locked and they will stay nice and not just crumble when u touch them

You also want to open your jar every day for like for 15 minute and let your buds chill on a table then put them back in and repeat dill day 13 or 14, also but some b54 humidity packs in your jar they keep every thing perfect..... http://www.bovedainc.com/store/herbal/#c

dude you need to hit ebay and buy a cheap loupe ( used for gems/ jewlery) they should be $3-4. get one around 60-120xs magnification and make sure it has a movable light source. and you need to buy a digital hygrometer [mini version (theyre used to preserve cigars)] theyre like $2-3 shipping included. i would get one for each jar or container (makes life easier) and keep them between 60-65% humidity
