MANY seed breeders are saying to NOT pre soak !!!
Too many seeds are "drowning" from not enough dissolved O2 in the water! They will no longer do any replacing of seeds done that way!
Paper towel and do not use distilled/bottled water!
thats how i do it most of them germ..would say 8 to 9 out of 10

Shot glass until tap sprouts, then into solo cup with light warrior, and a clear cup on top to act as a done.

I have horrible tap water, Hard and can smell the chorline. I used it just fine to germ.
Layer a paper towel, I fold mine into a little square so it's a little thicker, get it wet, squeeze it slightly so when you let off pressure it no longer drips.
Do the same thing with another and simply lay it on top of the other with the seeds in between. Push down slightly so they are touch the towels. Warm dark place should have taps in 48 to 72 hrs
