how often to flood ebb and flow?

I have 2 4x4 tables and a flo n gro system. each table under a 1k hps and the flo n gro under 2 1k hps. The tables have 5inx5in pot with straight hydroton in sog style and the flo n grow is 5 gal baskets with straight hydroton with trees. I've been flooding every 2 hours but to me it seems like too much. Just pushed the tables back to every 3 hours and flo n gro to 4 hours. They are in flower

temps- 75-80 F
humidity- 50 percent
water temp- 68-71 F

For my flow and grow (18 site, 3.5 gal buckets) I flood for 35 mins, then drain for 55 mins, then repeat in 4 hours.

Tables I just flood every four, I don’t count drain time since they take less time to drain for me.

I think that should give you better results.

Somewhat, unless they have just been watered. I don't like seeing them pointed almost straight up. That means you have more light than CO2.

Are these leaves praying too much or good?

You will gradually be able to increment the watering up.
I think the main thing to watch for with praying leaves is you don't want them to be pointed too far up too early in the day. If they start praying hard just before lights off, you have it just about perfect.

Do you guys think my constant top feed system could convert over to ebb and flow?

Id like to simplify a bit and remove the need for the feed line. And just feed them from the bottom.

Would i need clayballs or something to my table ?
Or should i change something around next round ?
