Just wondering how often leaves should yellow and die outdoors. Never had this too much indoors but those were smaller plants in a perfect inviroment. Seems like theres at least 1 a day
Depends a little bit on how old it is. In any event, getting a couple at the very bottom during the course of a big growth spurt wouldn't be concerning, in comparison to a couple half way up or at the top would be a bit concerning. But it's hard to generalize this kind of thing, what area is it yellowing?...How long has it been happening?...etc etc..
Always deeper small younger growth and some old to semi old growth from bottom to midle. But shes been a busy girl. First time doing beefy bushes with organics
Would you be able to upload a pic?...It's really hard to make any diagnosis without seeing it...I've heard that with organics, without the proper microbes to break down the organic nutrients, they are virtually inaccessible to your plant...do you think this could be your problem?
Older growth i expect to die with age. But seems like its just too much. Also lots of newer growth light green and some of the new growth popping out retarded with misshapen leaves which maybe due to high heat? Not curling tho
Thanks for the pics! Hmmmm yeah, normally with heat stress the edges of the leaves are raised up, sort of like a canoe...I'm not seeing that. Have you been supplementing them with any nutrients? What kind of soil did you plant it in? My first guess is that she needs some more nutrients.
Plenty of nutes. General organics. I think heat is killing microbes and making the nutes inaffective. Ph in and runoff is spot on. Gonna try building new better more microbial life. Also tryin to foilar feed em and keep em happy as i can. Some leaves are canoeing even tho im shading them. Damn heat
That would definitely make sense, that you need more microbes to make the organics usable. I'm not all that experienced in microbes with soil, just hydro, so I'll leave that to someone else. But I do know that some people using organics supplement with synthetic chemical nutes during flower just for the purpose of providing the plant an immediate boost of the nutrients she needs. Would that be an option for you?
