I lasted 10 minutes of this... First off illegal search of a vehicle. Second endangering people while driving with lights off Third he seems to be jacked up on Speed or the likes of. The finally is his Partner condones his action as he looks away as the other cop bullies and threatens this other guy being detained for a CCW. I bet they were looking to rape a Hooker and struck out.
