If I watered for the very first time around 8 am whens the next time i should water?

This is too vague for us to really respond.

How old is the plant or is it just an ungerminated seed? What type medium is it potted in.

Its in a starter pot for transplant, i already germinated it and planted it

If you are using soil, you are good for a few days. Until the first full node opens, use an eyedropper to give about 10 drops every 3 days. As the plant grows, you increase the amount of water.

You want the soil to be drying out before you give 'em any more water cause they like a little oxygen around the root zone.

That is in soil ... what medium are you using?

Yes in soil i might have waterd to much, i loosened the soil with a tooth pick. Hope there ok

As long as you didn't disturb those young fragile roots ... you should be OK.
