How much soil and what kind of Pot should I use!=9

I have two pots. One is small the size of a bowl the other is the size of a bucket. SHould I plant my starting seed into the big or small. If the big how much soil should i use, how much should i fill it up.

use multi compost mixed with perlite, and do the obvious and plant the seed in the small pot. go to growFAQ and explore man!!!!
