watch your hair they will let you know. you see how some have started to turn red, when the majority of them turn red they are done then dry them for 5 to 7 days upside down hanging, then put then in some jars and burp them daily for like 15 to 30 min. pull them out and rotate them in the jar then close the jars and repeat the next day for like 2 to 4 weeks. Then you will have some primo smoke.

by the way your girls look really goodyah I went and got one of those the Shack micros for 12 bucks and its awesome. you cant officially tell without it, but a lil rule of thumbs is when about 70% of the hairs have turned red, but the true way to tell is to look for cloudy and amber trichs through a microscope. But, your plants look great,and would guess they are about done, or could be.

the problem is it hit 32 degrees 2 nights ago but it has warmed up again. heres some pics of what the fan leaves look like. they curled up but not all of them. are my plants screwed or will they recover??? it was a freak cold night but not another one of those for awhile.

im not sure how far the are look at my first set of pics and take a guess. this is my first grow so im learnin. will the plant be alright with the leaves like that???

as long as you dont have to many very cold nights you should be ok but those ladies are not ready yet in my opinion. i see at least another week or maybe two.you have to ba careful with the realy cold temps after such a warm day.. it does that here in sacramento as well and its a bitch trying to finish outdoors up here because of that at this time of year..i hope that helps...peace pot prosperity.
Id say you have a good week to 2 1/2 week left. just guessing cant really say unless you clipp a little sample microwave it till its brittle and smoke it. If it gets you pretty hi then it good to harvest but if it only makes you mildly hi or none what so ever another 3 weeks. But look at the hair pistols and the crystals. If the plant is around 70-90% changed color to red or brown then its pretty much good to go.

can i build a box out of wood and seran wrap the shit out of it??? put it on at night and take it off in the mornin. i also got a degydrator i make beef jerky with. it has a little coil that heats up. would that work if i put it in the box at night

i guess it could work if you took into consideration some kind of air flow circ. fan exaust/intake of some kind not to large of scale but something to give you fresh air inside your cab..maybe so i hope someone else can help you a lil further than i but im sure that you would need at least that to go there..ppp

if i were to not use the dehydrator and just cover them would that help with the cold, and would i still need fans. the box would only be on at night.
