Eh eh... I feel ya... don't be impatient, and you'll be rewarded.
I'm on day ~200 from seed... (A Sativa) go figure!
Mine looked like that 4 or 5 weeks ago, and I still have 4 days till harvest right now.
Check out harvest threads to learn what signals of "harvest time" are.
(Tips: pistills turning red AND receding into the bud, calyxes swelling, trichome checking, yellowing/falling fan leaves, and bud's "doneness" appeareance).
