It's kinda of hard without a loupe. The clearer the trich's are the more "up" the high will be. As they get cloudier the less of that you will get. The high will be "stonier".
Judging from what's visible and the length of time they have been in flower, I'd say that you are ready for harvest if you want to be. At this point it's more about personal preference.
