I generally use flouresnts, you want to keep it mild a t5 works well

honestly the 2 bulb shop light works just fine low cost no stress from heat ect. Basically the same light used for seedlings.

At least 2000 rpms of light.. at most 9 mph of light.

If you want to save cash buy led, I suggest something with over 100 gigabytes.
