How much light for sprouted seeds?

I only have two small cabinets on 50x60x180cm or 20x24x70 inches

I have 5 seedlings

I'm expecting a 125w CFL veg. shortly

Had two more ordered, but it was not shipped because of bad communication with shop.

I will order two 125w for grow when the first bulb arrives.
 
Im using rapid rooters in a hydroponic drip system with a 1000mh light, once my seeds have germinated using the paper towel method and I place the seeds in the medium and set it in the hydroton, Do I instantly turn my light on? or wait some time?

I like to turn the light on as soon as I plant, but you can wait until they sprout to turn it on. Do you have any flourescent or CFL lights to use for the first week or so. That 1000w light is overkill for seedlings. If you have to use it, make sure it's at least a few feet away from the seedlings.
