Pretty much what the title states . Trying to figure out how much wattage I'm gonna need for this amount of space .

depends on the lighting. 100w cfl will not perform the same as 100w of led(china panel), cob, hps, or mh. the question you ask simply cant be answered without more information. in a 19"X19" space you wont need much more than a 60w cob or 2. i run 3 in a 2X4 tent and my lights had to be raised to 18" because they were burning my tallest plant. i may even look into buying drivers with dimmers.

personally, i run a single 60w cob for each plant, but im new to this and may change that in the future. in your case it would be great because you can buy multiple cobs allowing you to diversify spectrum for about $75 per light.

but hey, im a cob whore.

30-50 watt per square foot.
Though if you're going with more expensive COBs you can go down to 20-25watt per square foot.

You could also use LED bulbs for that space, either with or without the diffuser still attached.
Philips LED bulbs are pretty cheap and the ones that are at least 100-105 lm/w are pretty good.
Not sure if they're on Homedepot but philips has 13 watt (100 watt incan equivalents) that are 117 lm/w, 7-8 of those should do really well. (CorePro LEDbulb ND 13)

Otherwise you can go with a 150 watt HPS.

You guys are awesome !! First I was so stoned I didn't even put what type of led lighting I was looking to do ! right now I'm running a diy led bulb grow light that I made about a month ago. It is 6 14 watt led bulbs with the diffusers removed ! I was thinking of doing 2 Cree 3590s at 50 watts each but I'd like to run 200 watts but I'm thinking that will be way to much ... my last grow I had one plant growing with that light started out at about 3 inches from the plant and my plant burned horribly ! So I'm thinking this time I'm gonna keep it 12+ inches above the canapy atleast until flower !

I really wouldn't run 200 watt at that small space.

2x50 watt with 3590s is already about as high as you should go during flowering.
In that space. Unless you're running extra CO2.

200 watt is too much, even with CO2.

Did the bulbs burn the plant?
With light height you should generally start of a bit higher than lower, because the consequences with too high is at worst a little stretching which can be fixed by lowering it a bit, while bleaching is more damaging.

It may be better to first finish a grow with the bulb light to see if you like it.
While the 3590 is an upgrade, it's not a tremendous upgrade like going from CFL to COB and it's rather expensive.

Seems like that size would be perfect place for a quantum board kit from Northern. Cool running and plenty of power. You could spend more but no need.

I have 10 cxa 1507's with 1/3 the height you have without burning, bleaching. 6 cxb 1830's would give you about 150w and you could get them much closer to your plants.

I use about 64 watts of neutral white XML2s mounted on the 2 inch heatsinks grow heatsinkusa. It covers a 30" x 48" space, is passively cooled and cost only about $150 to make. I wouldn't use cobs for this space...
These got put under this set up yesterday....
That is sick af. Do you have a build thread or could you link the core items?
