How Much Is Your Harvest Worth?

I dont think ive seen this thread around here before but Im just curious to see some numbers here. Be as detailed or vague as you like (I understand some paranoia or safety precautions)

Basically I want to see how each state is in terms of growing as a career.

List your
-state
-approx size of your grow room
-approx cost of grow room (equipment)
-approx operating cost (electric, bulbs, nutes ect)
-# of harvests per year
-avg harvest size
-approx yearly income (after costs, just profits.)
-do you have an alternate form of income

Its worth alot more than any of the jobs available. It is still a job but one I love doing.
