How much Floranova Grow and Bloom do I use?

There is a lable on the back, but marijuana isn't on it...lol
It says 1 tsp per gallon for most plants during normal growth and 2 tsp per gallon for fast growing plants. I'm going for 1 tsp per gallon, I guess. Once I go full strength.
Does that sound right?

Start light and work your way up. I use to use it some plants can eat more than the recommended amount. (most plants).
