how much cfls should i use for vegging?

i was woundering how much cfls i should use for vegging right now the plant is 10" and iam using 1 40w and another 42w cfl is that enough or do i need more??
 
i have heard that 6500k(daylight) spectrum help to promote females if used alone(no other spectrum) but not sure of the results. But a mixed spectrum is also healthy for the plant. Get at least 2 to 3 cfls per plant for now... and add more lower around the plant as it gets bigger. if you train the plant in a circle like i do you can actually pack a fairly powerful cfl in the middle of the plant.
 
ok i have 2 cfls in the front of the plant now tommorow i will buy another cfl 22w and put in along the side of the plant

for 10" if your plant is bushy.. i would have much more lighting..

Get a 42 watt 2700k cfl for on top then surround your plant with 23watt 6500k cfls
