how much cfl for 3x3 tent?

am wondering how much cfl i would need for a 3x3 tent and if 250w is enough i currently have one 130w cfl bulb (the big spiral ones, from ebay in 6400k , i thnk its around 8k lumens) and 6 other 20w cfl 2700k spread around it with about 1300 lumens each

I was in a 3x3x5 tent, but my plants got too tall. I am now in a 3x3x8 space.
