how big a air pump would i need for 150 gallon res chilled 60F
right now i have a 35 watt 60L per min pump.

1 watt per gallon.1inch of air stone per gallon.You could probably get away with half that as cold as you have it. 75watt low 150watt recommended up to 2 watts per gallon extremely aggressive 300watts.Man that is a huge reservoir.

Good luck finding a reasonably priced pump that big. The largest I could find was 110l/m for 82 USD without getting into ridic prices.

Commercial Air Pump # 5: 88 LPM (liters per minute), 4.2 PSI, supports 8 airstones, 80 watts $79.95

Yeah, two of those would do the trick. Here is where I got mine.. it's $82 shipped.

you should a get a pretty strong air pump and at least 4 airstones and just to let you know water tends to hold a alot more water at 60f thats y usallly keep my temps at 60f i get a bigger harvest
