How much air/fans is too much for seedlings?

400w MH on 50% 12" away from half a dozen seedlings (thats as far away as the light can be given the setup)
2 fans are blowing on the bulb to keep the temps below 85 F

Some of the seedlings are shaking but just a tad, not enough to make the stem wiggle just enough so the leaves are wiggling.

Seedlings have just begun to show their second set of leaves, about 1-2" tall.

How much air is too much? What sort of signs would a seedling show if theres too much air flow in the area?

Note: none of the fans are pointed towards the plants, 3x CFLs were used during the first 7-9 days to allow root growth, switched to MH because these are autos and need as much growth as possible in the first few weeks i figure

NOTHING! Unless your plant is blowing past a 45 degree angle youre good.

The more air flow the more bushy your plant will grow. (depending on strain)

Clones would be a different story because they have a more temperamental root system than seedlings.

The tap root is probably already anchored to the bottom of the pot already

throw up some pics!
