How many times to flood rockwell

4 inch Rockwell with 2 foot plant is 2 time a day to much ? And what times for flowering cye

with a plant that big its almost impossible to overwater. if your roots dry out you'll know it, keep em wet. 2-4x a day ideal

So in 12 12 what hours would ya flood say 4pm to 4am is the 12 hours on at 4 pm then 8pm then 12am good enough ? And how many times for 4 inch net pots with clay pebbles and yes it's a flood and drain

It depends what time your lights come on, flood or water when your lights come on, then do it every 4 hours until the lights go out.. repeat...
for example, my lights come on at 6am.. i flood for 15 minutes at 6am 10am 2 pm and 6pm

So it sounds like you have the right idea!

Thanks brother and what about the clay pebbles in a 3x3 in 4 inch baskets will clay pebbles and 2 inch of pebbles layer in the tray

Do you have a medium under the cubes? If not I would flood every 12 hours.

Edit

If the cubes don't get wet flood every 4 hours

That doesn't make sense and o medium under cubes and 4 inch clay pots

How does it not make sense? Water every 12 hours if you're actually getting the cube wet. If you're doing a flood table and the cube is above the flood line and the roots are in the medium below it then flood every 4 hours
