How many times should i flood my tray?

Hey peeps. I have a 2x3 tray and just moved my first baby up into it. Its inside a closet setup under a 400watt light running 24/7. The average temp is 80-85 degrees. The root is in some rockwool but its sitting in a pot of hydrotron. Any suggestions on how often i should flood the tray and for how long? I'm using Flora Nova at 350ppm. Thanks!

15min. each flood, in the future wait for people to reply if they
dont gust bump it back up.

Yeah thanks for the info. Not trying to abuse, just setup everything about half hour ago and wanted to get an answer before i went to sleep so i could get the timer done and leave it running. THanks
