thats why you only mention it to people you can absolutely trust and if you don't trust anyone dont show anyone

for me - noone. When i started i showed to my close friend who is a stoner too,and later regret: he was bragging about it to few his friends, even after serious conversation with him. back then i had 11 plants growing, mazar and ww, 2 weeks from seeds. Then my house got raided... by MY MOM! she wrecked my grow. Good thing she did not think that through, and called before coming telling to throw away my plants. Of course I just hid them in the attic. She wiped out complete room, the only way i could stop that would be to start being physically aggressive.. So i just left my house for few hours.
Soon after I built closet grow for saved plants, this time the right way - air cooled 400W HPS/MH, mylar. Back then i had 12 40W ecolux'es on ebb&flow - so it's a progress.
Right now plants recovered, looking good and enjoying HID lighting
- I'm happy.
I can see the effectiveness of HID now.
And I told my friend all plants are lost. Hated to hurt him, but would hate much more to end up in prison.. now i can sleep peacefully
p.s. i'm not a 18 year old and do not live with my parents

The way I see it... people LOVE to talk and brag about their friends who grow buds and so on and so on! I only sell to one person... and thats like my brother... the ppl I mentioned above smoke free with me all day everyday juss cuz I'm a social smoker... well, I'm all the time smoker, just love peace offerings with others!!!

my whole family knows... none of them smoke except for one, but they respect me and my decisions... my grandpa even gives me general advice... and my one friend knows... but i would trust him with my life and my wife... no worries out of any of them. hell, the neighbors probably know, as this grow has been sitting out in the backyard.. but they are family too, and could care less... if i was selling, that may be a different story, but they know i keep to myself and bother nobody; as long as it doesnt interfere with their life, they dont give a damn what goes on next door... good thing about living in the country.. everyone at least has a family member that grows a little weed outside around here, just nobody talks about it unless it gets to be a problem.

I hear ya man! When I first started I wanted to show the world I was soooo proud! But then I just had to tell everone that I fucked up and killed them all cuz I fail at life!
But what they didn't know was that I was fucking with some other seeds and pulled them and showed them that... so they think I"m outta the game... sucked, but liek you said... NOT WORTH IT!
I'm just gone for days or sometimes weeks for business and have to have someone tend to it!

i dont blab to anyone, and i can always say to the good friends that havnt seen it but just say everything died, or somthing.. and that drops people..

my first robbery happened after telling one person who told the one other wrong person to tell
the second and third were people who stumbled into my room and my whole house got robbed so now im ready with a shotgun and electric door any one I show I show them my gun collection first

My list includes my sis, my best friend, and some random people that dont care because they grow and or deal
and none of them know where I live and they benefit themselves by keeping my secret.
Originally I wanted to keep this between myself and sister, but I needed my friend help with equipment and installation and so forth. And for the what if factor like if get hit by a bus and dying, I dont want my mom discovering my indoor weed operation while cleaning out my house. Even though she already knows, because you know you cant hide shit from your mom. It just kind of a, dont ask dont tell thing. So my friend is also the clean up guy and he knows my feed mixes and basic botany so when I travel he can take care of things and he enjoys the benefits.
As far as girlfriends HELL NO! Made that mistake twice a lot of nervous nights, wasted time and money.
if Im at a concert/event/etc out of town and a stranger too most then I might brag a little when Im passing a fattie of my weed in the circle.
