how many of you ganja puffers have C.O.P.D. ?

so about a year and half ago i had a collapsed lung and was diagnosed with COPD. it has not really cut down my smoking at all and i was just wondering how many of you have COPD and still smoke?

i had a ex that has that shit and she still smoked, but she also smoked cigs too...shes on oxygen now and waiting for a lung tansplant....

Quite a few people I know who smoke weed have had a lung collapse, coincidence?

COPD is what used to be called emphysema. I know tobacco smokers who suffer from it but never heard of anyone who only smokes weed to suffer from it. I guess you would have to smoke a lot of weed each day, maybe the equivalent of 1-2 packs of cigarettes a day or more.

COPD is the beginning stage of emphysema, it eventually turns into it. for about a year i was smoking about 5 grams a day or so.. but yea, i also smoke cigs.

I don't have COPD but I do have pretty bad asthma which requires a daily steroid inhaler. And I have severe obstructive sleep apnea. lucky me. I know that there are more times than not when my lungs feel tight and I smoke a bowl, after I get done coughing my head off, about 20 minutes later my bronchial tubes start to open up and I feel fine.
