how many lumens do i use for 3 plants veg stage 28-30 days?

As much as you can .and if you using cfl or t5 as close as you can.I had 1 tek t5 ho 10, 000 lumens handle 3 plants fine up to day 30 and they were bushy.now I have 2 tek t5sfor flower
